Apple is awarded patent for telephone
May 17th, 2010Sound too crazy to be true? The way the US patent office has been awarding patents to Apple, I wouldn’t be too shocked to see them award them credit for the damn telephone too! What?!? There’s no way Apple could influence the USPTO right? Well, look at how quickly Apple manages to get some of the most obvious patents. Seems a little fishy to me.

Microsoft releases the development kit for Windows Phone 7 (free), requires no membership fee (like others do) and has a development environment that XCode could only dream of. Plenty of time for developers to crank out the apps before a late 2010 release.
